I made this box for Hands On Bay Area Day. We'll put it at the kickoff site. The hope is that my sparkly box will entice people to stuff some bills or even a check inside. I wanted to make it a bit fancier, but it needed to be ready pronto (and I found out at 6 p.m. yesterday). Still, not a bad result. HOBA's brand colors are what I call Pacific blue with a navy blue accent. The large coins are from Mardi Gras; the small ones are French francs (from a trip to Europe I took in 1999). The sides say "donate" and the back of the box has "HOBA" on it. handsonbayarea.org
