"The Best Christmas Tale Ever" - A Video Art Production by mimitalks, married w/children

Noted 12/4/11 - Just found out it went in and out of Explore, proof here: www.flickr.com/photos/mimitalks/6457154655/in/photostream:

There is a prominent mistake in this - one I don't even want to try to fix. Too much sugar for a dime, as my father-in-law used to say...Can you find it?

I wanted to narrate this myself, but I have totally strained my voice to the point where 1) you couldn't understand half I said and 2) you wouldn't want to even try. That being said, I found a handy (free) and talented narrator in my own home. And it's not the kids!

The "actors" in this production are figures from a magnet nativity set I've designed and played with digitally over the years. I went online looking for a map of Jesus' day and couldn't find one I thought I could have, so I checked out the one in my Bible and made my own for the production. (It moves!)

I pray this Video Art production is a blessing to you. I would have loved to include all 20 verses of Luke 2: 1 - 20 in it, but there was no way to fit that into Flickr's one minute and 30 second time slot, so I didn't. But I used most of it, and hopefully you get the gist - and a blessing from viewing it. Feel free to link it for personal use.
