      Sir Chris doing a 2 minute maximum output. Could barely move for 5 minutes. Hour later does the same again. My absolute privilege to have been there. Absolute gent.

      I've done those max output things before, not to the same level as Chris but yeah it's a killer.

      Hiya Jeff, just seen your latest shots. They are absolutely gorgeous. Would'nt have a clue how to do those. On a different tack, saw a repeat of Palin on Dave today where he travels thru Poland and instead of a lock, they have an overground system for about 200m. Absolutely mad. Best, Mike.
