Black Hill (left) and Cerro Cabrillo (right) Reflect in glassy calm waters of the Morro Bay CA Estuary, where three White-faced Ibis can be seen where the reflection of the base of Cerro Cabrillo in the water meets the green pickle weed salt marsh vegetation. 02Oct2009. It is unusual to observe Ibis birds in this location. On this kayak birding outing, Norma Wightman and I (Mike Baird) saw these birds from some long distance away, as we did not want to disturb them. Every now and then the bay has this glassy look which certainly does not last long. You were able to share a neat moment on flickr, with great composition and a very nice photograph. This is my favorite of the group. Congratulations, Mike.

Love the composition, glassy look of the water, and reflections.
