27 Oct 2010 $75 Emily Kollars, LEED AP for The National Park Service is working on a new, nonprofit outdoor exhibit for Padre Island National Seashore. Your photo of a Black-necked stilt is one we are considering using as an inset image (approximately 6"x8"). Before we can, NPS requires rights for the image in perpetuity. The primary reason for this requirement is so they do not run into any challenges if the wayside panel needs to be replaced in the future. They do not need exclusive rights. If this is possible, please let me know so we can proceed. We have a limited budget per inset image and would require a tiff at 300dpi for a 6"x8" print. Whirlwind Creative, Inc
