VT100 in the flesh
VT100 I nabbed from eBay. Working better and cleaner than I would have expected for hardware that's closing in on 40 years old. Serial connection to 2016 iMac via a 17 year old Keyspan Twin Serial adaptor and a custom cable to the 25-pin serial on the back of the VT. Dragged back some very very old (and somewhat faulty!) memories of serial connections, flow control, and all that jazz.
Works almost perfectly logging into macOS, with the exception of some oddities with flow control characters being soaked up by screen (or maybe irssi) as well as working to pause transmission. Good enough to reminiscing, anyway!
