The large, decorative inset here is actually comprised of three pieces: the zigzag-lined base (also used above the chevron insets, left and right) and two bow-tie-shaped sections set one atop the other.

 

The exterior of the building is comprised of limestone and buff-colored brick. Unfortunately, the brick used when the third floor was added is slightly lighter in color than the original brick.
