Moving away from the architectural shots, and heading out to sea, and some long exposure shots taken around the Kent coast during a recent visit to the UK at the end of January.
This shot was taken from Folkestone Harbour, looking along the coast towards Hythe, Dymchurch, Dungeness.
It was shot during an afternoon out shooting with Matt Toynbee a superb UK photographer, you can see his work here. www.flickr.com/photos/m-toynbee/
This was for me a really great experience going out shooting with someone else that shares the same passion, and i would strongly recommend it to anyone.
It's great going out shooting, exchanging views and techniques.
Matt actually shot the same cloud formation, see his stream, and actually got the silhouette of a seagull, right in the centre of the light breaking through, amazing image.
That'll please Hilary Stevens ; )
