      @Zelenycaj - Thanks for the note. This was actually designed back in late 2008 so you might just be right... However according to the ISO > 'SK' is actually still in use.

      Most of these codes were updated back in 1997 > so I wouldn't be that surprised if there happen to be a missed beat here and there... Of course this is however a reference map for ISO standards > so if the ISO maintain it, it's here.
