Mostek MK6010

The Mostek MK6010 was released in 1971. It was one of the first one-chip solutions that were the driving force behind the Busicom LE-120A "HANDY-LE" calculator which was also released in 1971. The microscopy seen here in this album is focused down to the die level. The images are intended to show what early LSI looked like. I hope you enjoy them!
