Cerulean Warbler (Setophaga cerulea) Explored #135

Car was in the shop all day and rather than wait for all the work to get done the dealership lent me a car. With really nothing else to accomplish today knowing that due to last night's storms and an increase in heat and humidity there was a chance that there may be some warbler migration. Saw 15 species of warbler today and 15 FOY birds. Great day and was able to locate this male Cerulean Warbler. Mary Kay happened to call at the time I was spotting it and later she came to see this life bird for herself. Congrats Mary Kay, he sure is a handsome fellow. Rock Cut SP, Rockford, IL. 5-10-11.
