Three days ago a friend and I, we decided for a short trip for sunset photography at the Saxon Switzerland national park. We expected to find very good conditions because of little rain in the afternoon and lot of sun afterwards. After a strenuous short climb we reached the top of Kipphorn (480m). The setting was perfect and we enjoyed the magical hour there. The panorama with all the famous rocks of Saxon Switzerland embedded in the Elbe valley was breathtaking. Here I will show you a different composition.
Saxon Switzerland is a mountainous climbing area and national park around the Elbe valley south-east of Dresden in Saxony, Germany. Together with the Bohemian Switzerland in the Czech Republic it form the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
