Bread in the Kitchen

My two sourdough loaves from the mixture in process during the past two days. . . . Early morning without sufficient light.


Multigrain loaf with maize and soy meal added to wheat, white, bran. Homemade pre-ferment; baked in my Aga, 40 minutes.


Must be blogged somewhere--this picture is getting a lot of hits lately--it's nice to know where, when one's picture is USED for a blog. . . . bloggers, take note.
