80 Weeks

This is a chart of my weight over the last eighty weeks, from the date of my LMP until today. The range is 33 lbs. and it's not hard to tell when Ollie was born just by looking at the chart.

I hear ya on the different body. I'm going through my pre-pregnancy clothes now and some of the stuff looks child-sized. Of course, I had no boobs at all back then.

This is awesome, Meg! I love to hear about women who beat that whole post-preg body fear. Looks like you are getting into the shape of your life! Anything change for you that is not usual? Like, some people have different tastes (in food).

I think the shape of my life was either in college when I was rowing or in 2004 when I ran the NYC Marathon. But I'm definitely getting back into good shape again, which is great. And no changes that I've noticed, aside from the slightly different allocation of fat around and shape of my hips.

I am crashing your party here, but this never happens. I happened by your site(s) while searching 'Parisian Chocolate'. Nothing happens without reason. Today I was freaking out about losing baby weight..and I haven't given birth yet! My sister-in-law is expecting in moments and she is HUGE. I have no idea how she is going to take that off (I really hope she never ever reads this) and with my coping hormones on vacation it seems, I feel overwhelmed by the most ridiculous prospects right now, and the weight is weighing on me. But, not so much right now because of your chart. So thanks. I found out I was expecting while training for the NYC marathon, (me puking on mile 14 and wondering why). NYC, my ideal marathon. The one I have been waiting for since age12 will have to wait, but it seems more likely that it can happen now.
