I spotted the background wall before I found a subject for this one (as is often the case ;-) but then stumbled upon this very dear man nearby who I had a great chat to afterwards about the joys of life in Ahmedabad.

 

Thanks so much for all your kind words -- this is my favourite shot of this year's Indian trip – and in fact the last one i'll be posting of this series.
