At Rest_Amur Tiger_Brandywine Zoo
Our local zoo may be small but it's only 20 minutes or so away & always provides us with a fun trip. We went around mid-day so most of the animals were resting in the shade of their enclosures. The Tiger at the zoo was kipping on a large shelf near the fence in the back of it's cage, which made it hard to get any shots. But luckily I was able to walk around the side and find an angle which peaked my interest. From one point you could see one of it's large paws hanging over the shelf, and from another you could see it's head. Since I couldn't get both in the frame I decided that a diptych would work just as well.
