Social intrapreneurs experimenting with new products and services can learn from the example of jazz musicians who compose ground-breaking new pieces requiring unusual ensembles to perform them.

Here, the Global Arts Ensemble combined a classical string quartet (Darragh Morgan (violin), Nicky Sweeney (violin), Gustav Clarkson (violin), Robin Michael (cello)) and a jazz quartet (Peter King (alto), Bruce Barth (piano), Jeremy Brown (bass), Stephen Keogh (drums)). Together they reprised Peter King's "Janus" - a specially-commisioned suite first performed at the 1997 London Jazz Festival - at this Global Music Foundation concert at Kings Place Hall One, London in 2011.
