      Thanks tamaki...
I have a question for you: did i completely ruin the simplicity / experience for you by fussing with filters in the second copy of this shot?

(I feel as though I need to confess when I have applied filters or otherwise 'tinkered'.)

I like this pics better than copy that applied filters.
I use photoshop almost always, but I use filters only occasionally.
Because I like the power of photo not the filter.
if photo come to good, I use the filter.
I can't speak/write/read English well, so It's difficult to explain my mind.
Sorry, but I like this pics :)

Yes simple but affective. To comment on your need to confess when appling filters if I can, I do sometimes feel the need to confess these uses of filters in photoshop etc, but find the power of an image can be most profound with or without the use of adding/taking away of any of the original.

WOW! This one is now one of my favs. The shadows, the splash of color, the brilliance in the simplicity. EXCELLENT GRADE A+ WORK!
