Housing
MCAD provides apartment-style housing for more than 275 students in co-educational buildings located just 100 yards from the College's Main Building.

Competitively priced, apartments are available in single, double and triple occupancies. Unfurnished apartments have a bathroom and kitchen with a refrigerator and range. Furnished apartments also have single beds, dressers, tables, a couch and a dinette set. Each building has self-locking entry doors, coin-operated laundry facilities, soft drink and snack machines and locked mailboxes.

Upper-level MCAD students serve as resident assistants (RAs). RAs provide advice and referrals and supervise each building. RAs also organize social and informational meetings to help residents get to know each other, the campus and the Twin Cities.
