Cashew Kare Kare

A Filipino delicacy. Oxtails braised with cashew butter, ground toasted rice, bok choy, japanese eggplant, and onions. Served with bagoong and lemon juice, I didn't have any calamansi. Traditionally you would use peanut butter, but I'm allergic to peanuts.
