Refried Black Bean Quesadilla

Made with my homemade refried beans, which are easy, delicious, healthful, and vegan (until I folded them up with cheese in this quesadilla). Just heat a can of beans on low heat with garlic, spices, salt, and just enough oil to prevent the beans from drying out. Once they're soft, mash them up with a masher or a fork.

 

I am generous with the cumin, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and paprika, and I add lots of salt to bring out their flavor.
