Edge Falls, Kendall County, Texas
Edge Falls, Kendall County, Texas. A 'secret' little watering hole in the middle of Kendall County, about ten miles southwest of Kendalia. Except for the bridge crossing Curry Creek, the entire area is posted with no trespassing signs (and they mean it). Just upstream is a large, deep grotto, where the main falls are located. For decades it was a popular swimming spot - but the property was closed to the public due to liability issues. Today, only the smaller falls are visible from the roadway. In early 2008, there was still a trickle of water flowing through the creek, but that soon dried up, and with the severe drought for the past year, the creekbed has been completely dry.

I'll add some more detail and description at a later date.
