Picture A Day April 6, 2010 - Among the Pillars at Stonehenge II
Along the banks of the upper reaches of the Guadalupe River to the west of Kerrville is an unusual sight: Stonehenge! Well, it's Stonehenge II, actually. Built in 1989, the metal-mesh and plaster reproduction is about two-thirds the size of the original, and flanked (inexplicably) on both sides by Easter Island statues. Another view Here.
