This is my good buddy Pat Bolster whom you have seen in my project a couple times already. Pat is an award winning bartender and he runs the show at the 5 1/2 Bar in downtown Pensacola. We were talking about his bartending career and he told me about how this overwhelming feeling came over him the first time he was behind the bar and picked up 2 bottles. It just hit him, he quickly realized what he wanted to do. If you are ever in this area, be sure to check him out.
