    Make sure to only do this in a well-seasoned skillet. To ease removal, let the frittata cool for several minutes before removing the first slice.

      It is an amazingly good and easy dish. Even better is that I almost always have the makings for one kicking around my fridge, so it's a great fall-back meal.
