Crow and Swirls

Northwestern Crow

Corvus caurinus

I would have normally thought this was just an American crow, except that all of my guides make a distinction between the crows found in the very corner of the NW and American crows. Since location is the best identifier, I'm guessing that this is a Northwestern Crow.
