Hands? (Bald Cypress Aerial Roots)

The Bald Cypress is a North American tree, that lives in or near swamps and wetlands. These are the aerial roots that the tree uses to breath, as most of the root is permanently under water. The whole scene didn't interest me so much, but these roots look like hands reaching out of a bed of lilies!
