Great picture! I like the infrared style. Did you use a filter or did you do it in photoshop?
The other pictures of Uitermeer are also very nice.

    thanks!
it's a filter, cokin P 007, and a bit of adjusting some levels and color.

May I asked what lens you used? I'm having some trouble with a cokin P infrared filter attached to a tamron 17-50.

for rookesi85: the lens is a 18-200 sony lens and is at times also a lot of trouble. maybe a cover to fill the gap between teh lens and filter system is needed. for example a towel or in my case the bag of my tripod, which is black and is usable as a cover for the gap between my lens and the cokin filter. just place it where you think the light is going through.
Cokin also has a sun-hood that you can click on the filter system. although it is not a total block, (it helps with the towel or something else)

Eef Meijerink ik ga op zoek naar wat plaatjes

Thankyou. I have tried the towel idea previously, but maybe not blocking it enough. I ordered some cokin fitting hoods already. How did you get all the colours? Was it custom white balance?
  • martdump PRO 7y

one hood will do i think. The ultimate flare-removal for 15 sec exposure is you! prepare your camera to shoot after 10 sec. then walk from the camera in the direction of the sun. placing a shadow on your lens (your own) is the best block.
watch out on roads and clifs!
