Silent Night (#71772)
It's been a long while since I've driven around aimlessly. I think I just needed a few moments by myself to absorb all the (positive) noise created by the recent rumblings of life. I ended up at Santana Row... and what drew me there was the fact that everything would be closed and empty during Christmas eve. I just grabbed my camera and went.
It was refreshing to shoot without lights, wireless triggers, reflectors, tripods, assistants or expectations -- just like the glory days when all I had was a rebel and a kit lens.
Keep it simple.
