Hey there - I blogged this to Riverfront Redevelopment: Lansing’s Ottawa Street Power Station on Michigan in Pictures.

Thanks for adding to the Absolute Michigan pool and thanks also for documenting this project!

Cool...thanks. Not sure if you know much about this project, but it's a pretty interesting renovation. In order to maintain the old brick facade, they are bringing all the larger materials (steel beams, floor decking, etc) through holes in the roof. This is why the cranes on site are so tall. Should be a pretty unique complex when they're all finished up.

A photo simlar to this one, one of the interior renovation work, and a couple other of my photographs will be on display next month at City Hall as part of an exhibt of 150 photos for Lansing Sesquicentennial Celebration. Should be an interesting show.

Cool - can you email me a link or something to the show (farlane@leelanau.com)? I know that Steve (my partner on Absolute Michigan) would want to come down - he and his wife love your photography!
