Topsham, Maine (c. 1868), a former pulp mill on the banks of the Androscoggin River that in 1998 was included in the National Trust list of America's 11 Most Endangered Historic Places. The $2 million rescue of this mill complex created 40,000 sq. ft. of leasable space.
