a fence for friday, ireland style
I've been enjoying the "fenced Friday" images on Flickr recently, and the work of several Flickr photographers has me seeing fences in a new light. This image was made in Ireland on the day we first tried to visit the Cliffs of Moher. We somehow navigated ourselves onto a tiny little back road (okay, it was my fault... but hey, almost all of the roads there are tiny!), an event that was eventually deemed fortuitous in that we stumbled across a wonderful view of Doonagore Castle. The rest of the group waited patiently when I asked to stop to make some photographs. This is one of them.
Made with a Hasselblad 500 C/M.
