As the title suggests this map is a facsimile of a map and Bryce has added some annotations. The orginal map was part of the Report of Trials in the Courts of Canada, Relative to the Destruction of the Earl of Selkirk's Settlement on the Red River With Observations by Andrew Amos a copy of which can be found here
