Sunrise @ the rocks
Thank goodness I got out of bed early this particular morning as within half an hour of our arrival, the sky had clouded over and completely dulled down the beautiful colors
The Bay of Fires is a bay on the northeastern coast of Tasmania in Australia, extending from Binalong Bay to Eddystone Point. The bay was given its name in 1773 by Captain Tobias Furneaux, who saw the fires of Aboriginal people on the beaches.
It is a region of white beaches, very blue water and orange-hued granite (the color of which is actually produced by a lichen).
