My Friday bento. Rice with gomashio, scattered with carrots hearts cooked in orange juice. Shrimp tatsuta age (similar to karaage - will post recipe soon!) Miso egg half. Asparagus spears. Cherry tomato. Total calories, about 520.

    This is soo pretty! :) Bah, was just off to bed, and now I am hungry. Perhaps just a small snack... ;)
