St Marys Hospital, London

Playing around with some ideas shared generously by Flickr member busb here - partial HDR technique without the real lattitude of multiple exposures, just tonemapping a single JPEG - still has a visible effect on dynamic range and colours.

St Mary's hospital is easily overlooked in the busy (and un-tourist) Praed street near Paddington station - but has (very) interesting history - and architecture. It is certainly worth a photographer's attention and will soon feature in my photostream; this is just a brief study for the above technique.
