A very nice photo. Reminds me a bit of the Uptown in D.C.

Thanks! She is a beauty and would love to see the interior. Happen to know if the Flower had a balcony?

I grew up going to this theater often. As of the 70's, it did not have a balcony, but I cannot be sure of it's history. In the late 70's this was a "twin" theater, subdivided some time in the mid 70's. Twinning was popular around then, the first attempt by old palaces to combat the early multiplexes. By the configuration of the interior, it may have once had a balcony. The bathrooms were upstairs, and when you went up there was a medium-sized empty space with bathrooms on each side. There was just a wall where the entry to a possible balcony would be. Cinema Treasures makes no mention of a balcony, but an old writeup on there mentions a party space/kids playroom upstairs. I would guess they are referring to the empty space between bathrooms, I don't recall any other rooms up there.
