Heading Back to Tenney Park

Hiroshima Day was marked in Madison Saturday night by the annual Lanterns for Peace ceremony. Usually it's held in the Tenney Park lagoon, which is closed for construction, so the event moved to Lake Mendota and James Madison Park, where open water and a steep breeze presented their own challenges.

Aided by a pretty good breeze out of the west, the Lanterns seemed to be heading back to Tenney Park as if it were their home.
