This B25C Mitchell bomber was once owned by Howard Hughes. It is now at The Milestones of Flight Air Museum in Lancaster, CA. Jim, the curator, tells the story that Howard took his bride on a honeymoon from California to New York but the weather forced them down in the midwest and they went the rest of the way by train. Some time later when the airport manager phoned the Hughes Company to find out when they were planning to collect their plane, Howard was quoted as saying "I wondered where I left that" or words to that effect.
As my night shooting time there limited, this was shot 22 seconds ISO 1600 at f/8.
