The result of another walk through the Malcolm Knapp Research Forest on the north edge of Maple Ridge. I set my camera for quite an underexposure and used a flash with a small soft box on a tripod to light the leaves. Because of the amount of "fall off" with the flash and the underexposure, the background hardly gets lit. What remains, I got rid of in Photoshop. I also used a bit of an Orton effect here as well.
As always, thoughtful feedback and suggestions are always appreciated.
