Gobble up quickly!

Out in the wild, when a Bird or animal of prey is lucky enough to catch something for a meal for its sustainence, the aim is to eat as much as possible quickly. You never know whom you might loose your prized catch to.

Lions, Leopards and Cheetahs are all known to loose their prized kills to Hyenas, Smaller birds loose it to the bigger birds etc.

This is another shot of the Augur Buzzard I saw in Lake Nakuru National Park with a mouse. The Buzzard was not very gentle nor did it have very nice table manners, as it ripped the poor Mouse trying to eat as much as possible in the shortest time.
