As an Ant Sees Leaves in a Puddle
Today's @dailyshoot was a great challenge for me. I spend a lot of time shooting directly down and shooting directly up, but shooting *from* the ground is something I should do more of.
I don't have one of those prisms that lets me shoot from above my camera, so there was a lot of experimentation.
Most of the shots I took today I took with my 17-40mm wide open (heh, f/4.0 is the best this lens will do) and on manual focus at closest range.
I learned something very valuable--I *can* do some DOF work with my wide-angle lens. Neat!
