Mariee - cut

I have to forgo my annual visit to Tokyo because of Yuki's surgery. So I had to rely on myself to satisfy cravings for a Hidemi Sugino dessert. This is one of his easier recipes so I am considering teaching it at Enchante.

 

pistachio joconde, pistachio cream, strawberry mousse. As always, his mousse is light as air but full of flavors, and the combination of strawberry (in his recipe he uses wild strawberries) and pistachio is heavenly.
