flame of friendship
Originally went out tonight with a couple of friends to check out the SD Bay of Lights event at Seaport Village but was only able to catch the tail end of the show (literally saw 1 boat come close). It looked like a fun event...maybe next year. :)
So instead, Tina and I took a nice walk over to San Diego Convention Center to check out the architecture and view. It's very nice!
This view is the backside of the convention center facing the bay. This piece of public art is a gift from Mexico. It's called “Flame of Friendship”/ “Flama De La Amistad” and is made of polished stainless steel and is nearly 21' in height.
