      I know this food...Is very good!
      it is typical of the south of Italy...the one of the various names is "SCACCIA"...
      Oh! Is coming me hunger! (* ̄∇ ̄*)

      In Canada the same food is called Calzone of Panzarotti.

      Not sure why I felt compelled to mention that.
