Sancocho stew lunch for toddler

Morning prep time: 8 minutes (15 minutes for two lunches, one for myself too). I left headroom in the stew's thermal jar to put rice into when Bug was ready to eat. Full details here, illustrated tutorial and recipe for Japanese rolled egg (dashimaki tamago) is here.

    Vlcatko> Thanks! I did indeed use the speed tip on these, scrambling the first quarter of the eggs to be the inside 'layer,' then creating the rolled layers around it.
