monday misties in paradise

    Paradise is a wonder. Of course the mountain was hiding in the clouds but all the mist made for a magical hike with barely anyone out on the trails which are normally packed with people.

    I can certainly understand why Paradise is so popular, it's astoundingly beautiful and quite accessible but I felt so lucky to be one of the few people on the Skyline Trail this day.

      how lovely!!!! that is gorgeous with the mist... (an Oregon Mist I presume... as it mist Oregon and came to Washington!)

      so young lady, I found a card of yours I like, Mt Hood... vertical comp, angled lines below... so how do I get one of mine to you? Or you can find a photo of mine you like and I can make a card just for you!

      Sweet shot.
      The last time I was on Ranier, it was in heavy snow...
      It's nice to know what it's like in summer.

      yeah Darlisa! I just commented on a photo of yours that I would love a card of. I will be in Trout Lake this weekend but out in the wilderness. I'll be up there again next weekend for a wedding so we could meet up then and trade cards. can you find the mt hood photo in my pictures online so I can bring you the card? It'll be great to finally meet you! in Trout Lake!

      Great image! It's been a long time since I have been to Mt. Rainier. This reminds me of how much I am missing!
