Jagdpanzer V Jagdpanther
The Jagdpanther mounted the 88 L/71 and was Germany's third attempt at a tank destroyer with the 88 L/71. The previous attempts, the Nashorn and Ferdinand, both had their shortcomings. The Jagdpanther used the suspension and engine from the Ausf G Panther. Combined with an improved transmission (which was designed for the Panther II), it did not suffer from a lot of mechanical problems like most late war German tanks.
