This is a stir fry made with shrimp, peppers, asparagus, and onions. There is soy sauce, and it is served over brown rice.
(Sorry, Amy, I had half the bag of shrimp left so I had to finish off the recipes!)
How it tasted
Good! The shrimp was OK, not great, but I put in lots of cayenne pepper, so, yum.
A container for the leftover stir fry for tomorrow
A bowl for the rice (microwaved)
(then I served the dish in the same bowl I made the rice in)
Maybe 10 minutes for frying everything up
