Rose Center for the Arts - Dedication & Grand Opening
The official dedication and grand opening ceremony for Lower Columbia College's Rose Center for the Arts, held in June 2008.

A by-invitation-only dedication was held to honor all of the donors and benefactors who contributed towards the Rose Center. "Without them, the Rose Center would not have been possible," said then LCC President, Dr. Jim McLauglin, in his opening remarks.

The next day the Rose Center for the Arts was unveiled to the public in a grand opening ceremony. Over 600 people attended.

The event showcased the best the Rose Center has to offer, from the moving sounds of the LCC Symphonic Band to the intimacy of a one-act play on a small stage, to the eclectic talents of local painters and photographers in the gallery.
